Eugin Group, a leading international network in reproductive medicine and part of Buenavista Equity Partners’ portfolio, has announced the acquisition of Clínica Fertilidade e Vida, a prominent reproductive medicine center based in Campinas (São Paulo), through its Brazilian subsidiary Grupo Huntington.
Founded and led by Dr. Carlos Petta, a renowned specialist and pioneer in research on endometriosis and infertility, Clínica Fertilidade e Vida joins Eugin Group’s global network of centers dedicated to medical excellence, innovation, and human-centered care in reproductive health.
