The platform combines advanced technology with specialised human support, enabling efficient and seamless regulatory compliance.
In its first year of operations, the company has surpassed 500 active clients and achieved strong growth, multiplying its business volume by four.
The investment is driven by the opportunity to modernise a segment where traditional services are still characterised by manual processes, limited transparency, and low efficiency. In this context, bcount stands out for its ability to automate tax and accounting management end-to-end, reduce operational errors, and provide real-time visibility into users’ financial situation.
In addition, its hybrid model—combining technology with expert advisory—ensures compliance while enhancing the overall customer experience.
With this transaction, Encomenda reinforces its commitment to technology-driven solutions aimed at simplifying operations for freelancers and small businesses, supporting bcount in its mission to build a digital infrastructure that connects entrepreneurs with public administration in a seamless and transparent way.
