Demium has announced the completion of its transformation process and the launch of its new brand, Mission, marking the culmination of a transition initiated three years ago. Over this period, the firm has evolved from a startup incubation model into a venture capital management firm focused on direct investment.

Under the name Mission, the company brings together 13 years of experience, having invested in more than 250 companies, and reinforces its ambition to continue supporting the best founders in Spain from the earliest stages, particularly at the pre-seed phase.

Alongside this new brand identity, Mission announces the launch of Mission Fund I, a €35 million fund that is already active and investing in technology companies with global ambition. The fund reflects Mission’s commitment to backing founders with international vision and the ability to build scalable businesses from day one.

This new phase is led by partners Jorge, Mario, Julio and Álvaro, together with an investment and operations team comprising Juan, Flavia, Íñigo, David and Teresa, who will continue to drive the firm’s investment strategy and hands-on support for founders.

With Mission, the firm enters a new chapter focused on strengthening its position as a leading early-stage venture capital firm in Spain, while remaining true to the commitment that has defined its journey: supporting exceptional entrepreneurs from the very beginning of their mission.
