Brandlight has announced the closing of a $30 million Series A funding round led by Pelion Venture Partners, with participation from European investment manager Cardumen Capital and G20 Ventures.

The round will enable Brandlight to accelerate the development and scalability of its enterprise-grade platform, which already provides dozens of Fortune 500 brands with control over their visibility in AI-powered search environments and now supports them in the transition toward native advertising in artificial intelligence.

Founded in October 2024 by Imri Marcus, Uri Gafni and Didi Dvash, Brandlight’s platform has been adopted by hundreds of the world’s largest brands, including Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly-Clark, LG, The Hartford and Estée Lauder, to guide decision-making in AI-driven discovery and media. This approach allows brands to anticipate market shifts rather than react to them.

The year 2026 marks the first time that AI visibility has become a dedicated budget line for major global brands. AI advertising integrates discovery, media and conversion into a single surface, giving rise to a new multi-trillion-dollar marketing channel. In this new environment, search, commerce, advertising and agents converge into AI-powered discovery experiences, transforming how brands are found, evaluated and chosen.

Brandlight’s platform acts as a navigation system within this new ecosystem, analyzing billions of AI-generated signals across the entire customer journey and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that marketing, communications, content and media teams can use to make confident decisions.

“We’ve been preparing for this moment for over a year,” said Imri Marcus, CEO of Brandlight. “From day one, Brandlight was designed to become the operating system for marketing in AI as a channel, starting with AI search and now expanding into advertising and commerce. Our promise to brands is simple: to remain a partner they can trust as this market evolves, helping them stay ahead rather than react.”

AI visibility is evolving rapidly from an emerging concern into a core marketing discipline that requires dedicated strategy, metrics and capabilities. Brandlight continues to build the infrastructure that enables large brands to approach this channel with the same level of confidence they have developed in search and social media over the past two decades.About Brandlight

Brandlight helps brands define and manage their presence in the era of AI-powered search. As consumers increasingly turn to AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Gemini to inform their decisions, traditional SEO strategies are no longer sufficient.

Brandlight’s platform provides tools and insights that allow brands to monitor, optimize and influence how AI models interpret and present their narratives. Its capabilities include real-time tracking of brand mentions across AI platforms, sentiment analysis, and identification of the main content sources that shape AI-generated responses.

As a result, companies can ensure accurate brand representation, improve visibility, and maintain control over their digital narratives in an AI-driven discovery environment.
