Creand Crèdit Andorrà has signed an agreement with Crescenta, Spain's digital asset manager specializing in private capital fund investments, to distribute one of its private equity funds. Through this partnership, Creand expands its investment offering by introducing, for the first time, a dedicated growth fund for its Wealth Management clients. For Crescenta, the agreement marks its first distribution partnership with a bank, through the Creand financial group, further strengthening its distribution strategy following previous collaborations with financial advisory firms and securities agencies.
Under the agreement, Creand will offer its Wealth Management clients Crescenta's flagship fund, Crescenta Private Equity Growth Top Performers III. The bank, which already provides access to other private equity funds within its investment platform, is further enhancing its offering by leveraging Crescenta's technology-driven platform and highly selective investment process.
Guillem Escabrós, Head of Private Equity and Private Debt at Creand Crèdit Andorrà, said: "We have signed an agreement that enables us to offer, for the first time, a pure growth fund. Through this partnership, we are providing our Wealth Management clients with access to an asset class that is attracting increasing interest and demand from investors. At Creand, our objective is to continue expanding our range of differentiated, high-value investment solutions, and Crescenta has demonstrated a portfolio construction process that meets our quality standards."
"This new agreement not only recognizes the quality of the investment products we design at Crescenta, but also gives us access to a new base of investors looking to diversify their portfolios, both in Spain and Andorra, allowing us to expand across borders for the first time," said Ramiro Iglesias, CEO and Co-founder of Crescenta. "The agreement opens a new distribution channel for Crescenta while complementing our existing client base. We see Creand as a strategic partner with whom we expect to continue exploring new opportunities for collaboration."
