Bondo Advisors has acted as financial advisor to Extend IT in its integration process with Retail Consult, an international group specialising in technology solutions for the retail sector and the Oracle ecosystem.
The transaction involves the incorporation of Extend IT into a global group with a strong international presence and deep expertise in Oracle, marking a significant milestone in the company’s trajectory and opening a new phase of growth within a platform with global reach.
Bondo Advisors’ mandate covered all stages of the process, including company preparation, transaction structuring, support during negotiations and the closing of the deal.
