BAGHDADI CAPITAL has made a strategic investment in American Capital Financial Group (ACF), a Miami-based firm specializing in financing solutions for SMEs engaged in international trade.

With this transaction the firm is expanding its international presence, integrating new clients into its platform to be the strategic partner of choice for the growth of companies in major economic corridors. As its founder and Executive Chairman, Baihas Baghdadi, explains: “By joining forces with ACF’s deep expertise in the U.S. and Latin American markets, we are building a true bridge between buyers and sellers in Latin America, the U.S., Europe and The Middle East.”

The agreement includes an initial investment of USD 50 million, which will increase to USD 200 million over the next 24 months. Following this investment, ACF is expected to reach a valuation of USD 100 million
