Andersen in Spain has advised the shareholders of the Seville-based aerospace company INESPASA on the sale of 93% of its share capital to a group of investors, in a transaction of strategic importance for the company.
INESPASA, founded in 1986, is a leading company in the design, development, and manufacturing of aerospace tooling, precision parts machining, and sub-assembly integration. Its core activity is focused on the aerospace sector and it counts among its customers major OEM and Tier One manufacturers such as Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus, Airbus Helicopters, Bombardier, Embraer, Boeing, Alestis Aerospace, Aernnova, Aciturri and CTRM.
The transaction involves the entry of new shareholders, including investment fund Sucellos and Menako Capital, which join as part of the new investor group taking a majority stake in the company.
Legal advisory was led by Marta Morales Crespo, Partner at Andersen in Spain, together with Associate Arturo Murillo Ávila.
