Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, S.A.U. has filed with the CNMV the prospectus for its new private equity fund, Galdana Ventures 2026 FCR, a vehicle that will invest globally in venture capital and private equity funds and companies, with a clear focus on technological innovation and sustainability.
Galdana Ventures 2026 aims to channel up to €100 million into underlying funds and innovative companies, both in Western Europe and the United States, as well as in emerging markets. The fund combines primary, secondary, and co-investment operations, with a diversified approach across sectors, geographies, and stages of development.
The fund will be managed by Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, part of the AltamarCAM group, and will have Galdana Ventures, S.L. as its exclusive investment advisor, supporting the identification, analysis, and monitoring of investment opportunities. The custodian will be BNP Paribas S.A., Spanish Branch, and the auditor will be PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores, S.L.
The vehicle is classified as an Article 8 product under the SFDR Regulation, promoting environmental and social characteristics, and will apply sustainability criteria in its investment process.
Galdana Ventures 2026 FCR is aimed at qualified investors, both institutional and individual, and will offer different share classes tailored to each investor’s profile and commitment. The placement period will remain open until 31 March 2026, with the possibility of a three-month extension.
