This union between two leaders in the aeronautical sector is part of the strategy to create a comprehensive maintenance service provider, covering the entire aircraft, expanding and diversifying to meet market needs.

With over 30 years of combined experience, AIRE and Servitec have joined forces under the AVIACTION brand to offer even more comprehensive and personalized solutions to their clients. This new brand will leverage synergies and complement the capabilities of both companies, reinforcing their position in the market.
AIRE, renowned for its expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and MRO services since 2000, has been a pioneer in cabin modifications and interior maintenance solutions. It has gained industry recognition and earned the trust of numerous aircraft operators and owners.

On the other hand, Servitec Aircraft Maintenance, founded in 2009 and integrated into the project since October 2022, has stood out for its specialization in line maintenance and flexibility to adapt to changes in the aerospace industry. With comprehensive services covering line maintenance, preservation, and aircraft dismantling, Servitec has built a strong reputation based on quality and customer satisfaction, supporting them at any airport when needed.

The creation of AVIACTION, presented in May at the AIX Fair in Germany, not only represents a name change but also a joint strategy to provide an even more comprehensive experience for clients. With over 200 highly skilled employees, AVIACTION positions itself as a key player in the aerospace industry. This union will allow AVIACTION to provide aircraft maintenance services under one roof, streamlining processes and ensuring greater operational efficiency.

AVIACTION’s integrated service offering simplifies the transition processes for aircraft owned by lessors during customer changes, which is a crucial factor in today’s aviation industry.

AVIACTION is continuously expanding its services by adding new complementary offerings.
