Afianza, a Spanish firm providing comprehensive professional services for businesses, reached €83.2 million in revenue in 2025, representing 53% growth compared to the previous year, when the firm reported revenues of €54.3 million. Afianza has therefore strengthened its position as one of the leading players in the professional services sector.
In line with this expansion, Afianza continued to strengthen its team throughout 2025, surpassing 1,100 employees by year-end, enabling the firm to reinforce its structure to meet new market demands and support the incorporation of new services.
Driving its strategic plan
As part of this ambitious growth and diversification process, Afianza recently secured €110 million in financing from BlackRock, one of the world’s leading asset managers.
In this regard, Afianza has launched an ambitious three-year strategic plan, under which it expects to increase its annual revenues by €30 million and add more than 500 new professionals per year to its team.
The new strategic plan will be built around three key pillars. First, strengthening its service offering to meet all the needs of the business ecosystem. To achieve this, Afianza will drive both organic and inorganic growth through acquisitions across four key areas: business advisory firms, law firms, audit firms and consulting firms.
Second, the firm will tailor its services to the specific needs of all types of businesses, from SMEs to mid-market companies and large corporations.
Finally, Afianza will expand its geographical footprint to establish a presence in Spain’s main business hubs.
Key milestones in 2025
The past financial year was marked by several key strategic milestones that reinforced Afianza’s positioning as one of the leading firms in comprehensive professional services for all types of businesses.
The €34 million syndicated financing led by Oquendo Capital and CaixaBank in March enabled the firm to accelerate its acquisition strategy by integrating 16 specialised companies, including Epimetheus, Idea Asesores, Leiva Asesores Legales, QualityConta and Asevi Asesores, among others. These acquisitions strengthened Afianza’s multidisciplinary structure and expanded its territorial presence in Spain with the opening of new offices in Málaga, Barcelona and Vitoria-Gasteiz, adding to its existing offices in Madrid, Ibiza, Oviedo, Bilbao, Granada and Albacete.
Another major milestone during the year was the creation of new business areas, including a specialised Real Estate business unit, aimed at offering comprehensive asset management, brokerage and investment services, as well as the Technology division, through the creation of Orbitant, a technology services company focused on supporting businesses in their digital transformation.
In addition, Afianza strengthened its legal division through the incorporation of highly experienced professionals and expanded its grants and subsidies advisory practice, further broadening its service offering.
The firm also boosted its Strategy & Transactions division, which completed 12 transactions with a combined value exceeding €100 million.
Team strengthening was another key pillar in 2025. Afianza recruited a number of professionals to reinforce strategic areas such as legal, financial and real estate advisory. These additions, together with the integration of highly qualified teams from the acquired companies, have enabled Afianza to consolidate a multidisciplinary structure to address its clients’ challenges in an increasingly competitive environment.
Additionally, Afianza was behind one of the major real estate transactions of the year by relocating its corporate headquarters to Torre Emperador Castellana, located in Madrid’s Cuatro Torres Business Area. With 6,505 sqm, the new offices reflect the firm’s significant growth in recent years and its commitment to providing a modern, efficient and sustainable working environment for its team.
“This year has been marked by growth in both revenue and talent, while also strengthening our value proposition for clients, allowing us to consolidate our position in the professional services sector. Thanks to the financial backing of partners such as BlackRock, combined with the integration of new companies and the launch of new business units, we have been able to accelerate our growth strategy. In 2026, we remain committed to expanding our service offering and our team, investing in talent and integrating new companies to support businesses,” said José Luis Cogolludo, CEO of Afianza.
