The parks have 15-year power purchase agreements through long-term agreements (PPAs).
The Addleshaw Goddard team that participated in this project has been coordinated by Corporate Partner Roberto Pomares and Senior Associate Enrique Murillo. Other key lawyers have been, among others, Associate Álvaro Paniagua (Corporate), Counsel Alberto Artés (Energy), Associate Elena Gonos (Energy), and Senior Associate Pilar Lorenzo (Real Estate).
Roberto Pomares noted that: This transaction demonstrates, once again, the confidence that the Spanish energy sector continues to arouse among international investors.
