Alisios Global Coinversiones Fund focuses on direct investment in lower mid-market (LMM) companies through co-investment with leading buyout managers, whose funds it also invests in. The fund’s strategy is based on rigorous investment discipline, targeting companies with EBITDAs between $4M and $50M, attractive sectors, high EBITDA margins, strong cash generation, and supported by sponsors who add value and have a proven track record.
The fund replicates the successful strategy implemented by the A&G Global Investors team, which has managed two previous similar funds in the United States for over 10 years, achieving top-quartile returns for its investors. A&G’s expertise is complemented by the Aurica Capital team, recognized for having the best track record in Spain for investing in SMEs with characteristics similar to Alisios’s target companies.
This positions Alisios as the only co-investment fund in the market combining direct investment expertise with a top-quartile returns track record.
