Grup Carol is comprised of Carol Industrial, S.A., RTC Regulació Tècnica i Control, S.A., Carol Automatismes Igualada, Carol Automatismes Terrassa, S.A., Carol Automatismes Bages and Carol Automatismos Martorell, S.A. Founded in 1976, the group has become a benchmark in industrial distribution in Catalonia and operates six branches in the province of Barcelona, serving a broad industrial customer base.
Through this transaction, Sonepar strengthens its Industrial Solutions division in the Catalan market, a region with a strong industrial footprint and significant growth potential, by integrating a group with deep local roots, strong technical expertise and a well-established track record in the sector.
