Davis AI has emerged from stealth announcing a $5.5M pre-seed funding round, led by Heartcore Capital and Balderton Capital, with participation from Yellow, Evantic Capital, and a group of leading angel investors.
The company aims to transform real estate development—one of the world’s largest and slowest industries, a $400 trillion asset class, where most projects are debt-financed and time carries a direct economic cost.

Davis AI was founded by Amine Chraibi, Idriss Bennis, Donia Gharbi, and Adam Benlemlih, a team combining deep technical expertise, product capability, and commercial execution.
The founding story is personal: one of the founders grew up in a family of architects and almost pursued the same path. He did not, for two reasons: a lack of artistic talent and deep frustration with the industry’s slow pace.
That frustration led to Davis AI, a company built to accelerate early-stage real estate development and architectural design, reducing processes that typically take months to just days.
Introducing Gaudi-1
Alongside its funding announcement, Davis is introducing Gaudi-1, its first state-of-the-art proprietary model for automated architectural generation. Early results significantly outperform existing literature and industry benchmarks.

Davis AI is already working with some of the world’s largest real estate developers, onboarded just weeks after launch. Its platform enables regulatory-compliant designs to be generated in under 48 hours, compared to traditional timelines of several months.
