Vixiees, the operating system that is replacing traditional CRMs by transforming any B2C sales team into a data-driven industrial production line, has closed a €1 million seed round.

The round was co-led by Draper B1 and Abac Nest Ventures, alongside Decelera Ventures and Demium Capital, which also led the startup’s first funding round. High-profile strategic business angels have also joined the round, including Pepe Talavera (Mundimoto), Xavier Pladellorens (Deporvillage), Borja Aranguren (Cobee), Iván Peña Uribe (Relay Investments Europe), Fernando Cabello-Astolfi (Aplazame) and David Tomás (Cyberclick).

This new injection of capital will drive Vixiees’ expansion in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile, and accelerate the development of artificial intelligence modules designed to boost commercial performance tenfold. These modules optimize the sales force of companies that sell via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

In just six months, the startup has tripled its previous year’s revenue, maintaining steady 25% month-on-month growth. Its platform processes over 6 million minutes of calls per year, generating millions of sales interactions and thousands of monthly sales for its clients.

In the words of Pablo Pascual, CEO and co-founder, “Turning the handcrafted chaos of a B2C sales department into an industrial process seemed impossible. We proved it could be done with Swipcar, which was acquired for €30M in just three years. Now, with Vixiees, we’ve made it possible for any B2C company to have industrial control over their sales without micro-management.”

Unlike CRMs, Vixiees doesn’t just log tasks — it executes them. The system guides each agent step by step, reprioritizes tasks in real time, and controls every interaction. The result: three times more touchpoints per salesperson, total sales traceability, and conversion improvements of up to +60% in just 45 days — as Mundimoto achieved by changing nothing but the software — all while keeping salespeople happy and focused solely on selling.
