The Biscayan company USA Group, based in Mallabia and specialized in precision machining, has announced the acquisition of the Vitoria-based firm Grupos Diferenciales, which focuses on the design and manufacture of high-precision bevel gears. The deal is part of its growth strategy and strengthens its position as a leading industrial supplier through the integration of companies with strong technological value and a solid track record.
Grupos Diferenciales brings extensive experience in sectors such as forestry, agriculture, industry, and railways. This will enable USA Group to expand its presence in complex, high value-added applications, while also incorporating key technical expertise and reinforcing its specialization in transmission components.
Following the integration, the group will have a workforce of 620 employees across 14 production plants located in Mallabia, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Ambrosero, Granollers, and Suzhou (China). With annual revenues of €150 million, USA Group aims to consolidate its position as a key player in both the national and international industrial landscape.
The acquisition is also expected to generate operational and commercial synergies, improving responsiveness to increasingly demanding and global customers, while strengthening a value proposition based on quality, innovation, and manufacturing excellence.
On the ownership side, following the exit of Portobello Capital in 2024, the group is backed by investors such as Stellum Capital, Ekarpen, and Ezten, among other industrial partners. In this context, USA Group continues to prioritize sustainable growth, operational excellence, and ongoing investment in technology as the pillars of its future development
