Uría Menéndez has advised Banca March and Stoneshield Capital on the acquisition of a 10% stake in Exolum, a leading company in the transportation and storage of liquid bulk products.
The transaction supports Banca March’s strategy of investing in illiquid assets and enables Stoneshield Capital to further diversify its investment portfolio.
Uría Menéndez provided comprehensive legal advice across all stages of the transaction, including on structuring, financing, investment control and tax matters.
