Tresmares Private Equity announces the successful completion of its investment cycle in AIG Classic, which now joins TeamSystem, the Italian technology and AI company specializing in the development of digital platforms for business management among SMEs and professionals.
Founded in 1994 in Vigo, Galicia, AIG Classic is a Spanish company specialized in management and accounting software for SMEs, micro-businesses, and professionals, serving over 34,000 customers and reporting revenues exceeding €5.5 million in 2025, supported by a team of approximately 55 employees. Its offering focuses on ClassicGes, a comprehensive business management solution, and ClassicConta, focused on accounting and financial processes, designed to simplify tax compliance and reporting.
The transaction is part of TeamSystem’s international growth strategy, strengthening its footprint in Spain, a strategic market with strong similarities to the Italian entrepreneurial ecosystem and a key part of the Group’s European expansion. The acquisition comes amid a profound digital transformation in Spain, driven by the gradual introduction of mandatory electronic invoicing, aligning the country with the Italian model and enhancing regulatory and technological convergence.
