New Operation in the AgTech Sector
Translink CF Spain has advised Ikos Advanced in its funding round led by Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, which has joined the company’s shareholder base.
Founded in 2019 in Almería, IKOS develops technological solutions focused on water-saving irrigation and the automation of agricultural tasks through artificial intelligence.
Its technology combines sensor systems with a digital platform that optimizes water use and turns agronomic data into more efficient operational decisions, relying on proprietary algorithms under continuous training.
The transaction is part of the company’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, which focuses on the evolution of its technology platform, growth of recurring revenue, and expansion into new markets.
The funds will be primarily allocated to technology development, the implementation of generative AI tools, applied innovation programs, and the strengthening of commercial and operational capabilities.
