Siwa.clinic is an innovative healthcare project focused on the comprehensive treatment of back pain, one of the leading causes of sick leave, productivity loss, and reduced quality of life in Spain.

Siwa Clinic was created with an innovative approach that combines advanced technology, interdisciplinary care, and a patient-centered healthcare model to provide comprehensive treatment for back-related conditions. Siwa.clinic is defined as a clinical space in the heart of Bilbao where technology, expertise, and human care come together to provide real solutions.

A Comprehensive and Multidisciplinary Care Model

Siwa.clinic has developed a flagship clinic in Bilbao, representing a total investment of more than €3.5 million. The facility integrates specialist consultations, physical therapies, advanced technology, and an outpatient surgery operating room. The project brings together more than 20 professionals across 11 medical and therapeutic specialties, working in a coordinated manner to deliver accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Its mission is to “create a comprehensive, innovative, and human-centered healthcare ecosystem specialized in spinal care,” combining science, technology, and personalized attention. This interdisciplinary approach integrates physiotherapy, medical osteopathy, traumatology, neurosurgery, pain management, and a biomechanics and strength laboratory unique in the Basque Country, enabling the clinic to address pain from every angle through a holistic perspective.

The investment provided through the FEIS Fund will enable Siwa.clinic to:

Consolidate its healthcare model at the Bilbao clinic by strengthening interdisciplinary coordination and enhancing service quality across all specialties.
Increase operational capacity by optimizing resources, expanding the availability of healthcare professionals, and improving patient care pathways, thereby serving a greater number of patients.
Launch the Adimena project, a strategic initiative focused on applying artificial intelligence within specialized healthcare clinics.
