Global Polymer Solutions S.L. (“Delta Tecnic” or the “Group”), an investment subsidiary independently managed by Investindustrial Growth III SCSp (“Investindustrial”), is negotiating the exclusive acquisition of 100% of Polytechs Financière SAS and its subsidiaries (“Polytechs” or the “Company”), a leading French manufacturer of masterbatches and specialty compounds. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including the legal information and consultation process with Polytechs’ works council in accordance with French labor law, as well as the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.

Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Cany-Barville (Normandy, France), Polytechs is a company specialized in polymers and compounds, offering customized contract manufacturing services alongside a wide range of patented masterbatches. Thanks to its advanced R&D and deep technical expertise, Polytechs enables its clients to efficiently produce specialty compounds, masterbatches, and blends tailored to their needs. In addition, Polytechs markets a selection of patented additive masterbatches that complement its contract manufacturing activities, serving key industries such as cable, energy, and food packaging.

With this acquisition, Delta Tecnic would strengthen its position as a comprehensive solutions provider for the thermoplastic industry, expanding its offering to include specialized advanced contract manufacturing services and an attractive portfolio of patented additive masterbatches. The geographical complementarity would allow Delta Tecnic to reinforce its presence in the French market, while Polytechs would gain access to Delta Tecnic’s established network in Spain, Italy, and Mexico, opening new growth opportunities in Southern Europe and the Americas.

Polytechs would represent the Group’s second acquisition since September 2024, following the acquisition of IFG, a producer of additive masterbatches. With this acquisition, Delta Tecnic would further consolidate its position as Europe’s leading independent provider of specialized solutions for the thermoplastic industry, serving a wide range of end markets worldwide.

Following the acquisition, Delta Tecnic expects to generate total revenues of approximately €140 million and operate eight manufacturing plants in Spain, Italy, France, and Mexico, further diversifying and strengthening its industrial presence.
