The tool was born after years during which the team built technological solutions used by thousands of businesses, stemming from an internal need: understanding how AI was describing their own products and why that visibility was impossible to measure with traditional tools.

An internal need turned into a market solution
While developing software for business management, the team noticed that AI models were increasingly influencing how users discovered brands. However, no company knew whether it appeared in those responses, how it was described, or what factors influenced its visibility.
Tacmind was initially created as an internal tool to monitor how ChatGPT mentioned their own platforms. The impact was so evident that they decided to turn it into a full product.
“We realized that brands were losing visibility without even knowing it.
