Squire Patton Boggs has advised Fracttal, a leading company in AI-driven intelligent maintenance solutions, on the closing of a $35 million financing round led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from its existing investors, including Seaya Ventures, Kayyak, GoHub and Amador.
The investment will enable Fracttal to strengthen its position as a benchmark in maintenance, accelerate its expansion across Europe and Latin America, and continue developing advanced AI, IoT and product capabilities, as well as explore inorganic growth opportunities.
Fracttal currently has more than 20 million registered assets and a presence in over 60 countries, and works with industrial and facilities maintenance clients such as Iberostar, Acciona, Veolia, Coca-Cola and FedEx.
The Squire Patton Boggs team was led by Partners Teresa Zueco and José Aguilar Shea, together with Luis Gutiérrez (Senior Associate) and Jorge Boguñá (Associate).
