Squarepoint announces strategic renewal with the entry of ENDRA Capital and Josep Aragonés Ros (former executive at Wolters Kluwer and Accenture) as new CEO and shareholder
Squarepoint, a leading provider of Technology and Specialized Services within the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry in Spain, has announced a strategic renewal through the incorporation of ENDRA Capital and Josep Aragonés Ros (former executive at Wolters Kluwer and Accenture) as new shareholders, with Aragonés also assuming the role of CEO. This partnership marks a decisive step towards the rollout of the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, aimed at accelerating growth and positioning Squarepoint at the forefront of innovation in Technology, Analytics, and Specialized Services for the HCM industry.
Founded in 2008 by Lluís Carrillo, Héctor Cenador, and Isabel Valerio, Squarepoint has built a solid track record offering comprehensive management solutions for HR departments in companies and corporations. Under the new strategic plan, the company will strengthen its value proposition by incorporating new technological solutions (both proprietary and from leading vendors), as well as consulting, BPO, and Business Analytics services, positioning Squarepoint as the strategic partner of choice for Talent Management.
Lluís Carrillo, Strategy and Business Development Director and founding partner, expressed his optimism: “The arrival of ENDRA and Pep will be a catalyst for taking our company to the next level in this industry, where we have built a solid presence over more than 15 years.”
Josep Aragonés shared his enthusiasm: “After more than 35 years in multinational corporations within the technology sector, joining Squarepoint is an exciting challenge. In today’s era of purpose-driven business transformation, putting people at the center and excelling in attracting and retaining the best talent is essential. Squarepoint offers an unmatched value proposition, supported by best-in-class technology and an exceptional team driving integration of solutions, Data Analytics, and Specialized Services.”
Toni Bonet, Partner at ENDRA Capital and former CEO of ADP Iberia, added: “We invest in established companies with strong growth and profitability. Today’s business landscape needs firms like Squarepoint to help organizations adapt to major technological and social changes, as well as to manage their talent effectively.”
Headquartered in Barcelona with an office in Madrid, Squarepoint expects to close the current fiscal year with revenues of approximately €6 million and a team of around 80 consultants specialized in HCM technology and services — ready to lead the industry into the future. The company’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan aims to triple revenues through organic growth and an accelerated M&A strategy. CREA Inversion acted as financial advisor on the transaction, with Across Legal, Pedrosa Lagos, and ETL Global serving as legal advisors.
