Santander Corporate & Investment Banking has acted as Global Coordinator on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of TSK Electrónica y Electricidad, a transaction that raised approximately €173 million.

TSK Electrónica y Electricidad, an international engineering and technology group focused on energy transition, digitalisation, and industrial solutions, successfully completed its IPO following a strong bookbuilding process. The transaction was multiple-times oversubscribed and received broad support from both domestic and international investors, as well as sector specialists.

The deal represents one of the most significant highlights in the Spanish and European IPO markets during a particularly challenging period shaped by geopolitical uncertainty. The transaction was executed as a de-risked and broadly distributed offering, supported by a high-quality shareholder base and priced at the top end of the indicated range.

With this transaction, Santander Corporate & Investment Banking further strengthens its position as the leading IPO franchise in Spain, having led the highest number of IPO transactions by both volume and deal count since 2015.

TSK’s successful market debut also marks a strategic milestone for the company as it seeks to accelerate its international growth and strengthen its position in sectors linked to energy transition and industrial transformation.
