The closing of a capital increase round of 3.3 million euros will be an important boost and a leap in quality for Revenant. The young industrial SME, specialising in the remanufacturing of heavy forklifts, port and industrial tractors and container handlers, will thus be able to advance in the growth of a business model that promotes the circular economy, focused on extending the useful life of used machinery by converting them into new ones through ‘remanufacturing’ processes.
Orza, Itzarri, Easo Ventures and Seed Capital Bizkaia are the new partners of reference embarking on Revenant's adventure which, in addition to representing an important backing for the company's vision and growth potential, will enable it to undertake a series of strategic investments in its industrialisation process. In this way, a large part of this capital increase will be used to start up a new production plant, to which the company will soon be moving from its current facilities in Gordexola.
The change of location will not only allow Revenant to significantly increase its production capacity, but also, thanks to the injection of 3.3 million euros, the company plans to develop new functionalities for its machinery, incorporating the most advanced technologies.
The transfer of production to a new plant will not entail the cessation of activity at the current headquarters in Gordexola. This enclave will become, in a way, an innovation laboratory where work will be carried out on new R&D models and projects, in the search for increasingly efficient and sustainable solutions.
