ReeVo, a leading European provider of cloud and managed cybersecurity services (MSSP), announces the acquisition of Hispasec Sistemas S.L. (Hispasec).
With this acquisition of Hispasec, a leading Spanish company specialized in cybersecurity services that currently serves more than 300 customers in Spain and Latin America, ReeVo confirms its determination to become a key player in the Spanish market, particularly in the SME segment.
The acquisition represents a major step in ReeVo’s international expansion and M&A strategy, aimed at tripling its revenue by 2030. It is also ReeVo’s first M&A transaction in Spain, building on its existing local operations. This marks the company’s second acquisition outside Italy and its fifth in the past two years.
The combination of Hispasec’s assets and expertise with ReeVo’s scalability and technical and financial strengths will strengthen the cybersecurity services offered to the market while maintaining close local proximity.
As a result of this transaction, Hispasec customers will benefit from state-of-the-art technologies, continuous R&D investments, AI-driven defenses, and secure, sovereign-by-design cloud options, bringing enterprise-grade protection to the European mid-market.
