Qualitas Funds SGEIC, S.A. ("Qualitas Funds"), a Madrid-based private equity investment firm, launched its seventh private equity fund of funds, Qualitas Funds VII (“Fund VII”, or the “Fund”), with a target size of €300 million. This marks the first vehicle launched since successfully combining with U.S.-listed P10, Inc. (NYSE: PX), a leading private markets solutions provider.

This Fund follows its predecessor, Qualitas Funds VI, which recently closed on €250 million in capital commitments. This brings Qualitas’ total assets under management to approximately €1.2 billion.
