Qualitas Funds SGEIC, S.A. (“Qualitas Funds”), the Madrid-based private equity investment platform, launches Qualitas Funds US I, its first private equity fund of funds exclusively dedicated to investments in North America. The maximum size of the new fund, which will be structured through Spanish vehicles, FCR and SCR, is set at €80 million.
Qualitas Funds US I is the result of a collaboration with P10, Inc. (NYSE: PX), a global leading platform in the lower mid-market. Qualitas Funds, which completed its integration into the American group last April, will work closely with another company under the P10 umbrella, RCP Advisors, to identify the best investment opportunities in the North American market. This new strategy, which adds to Qualitas Funds’ product portfolio, will allow the manager’s investors, mostly Spanish, to diversify their portfolios and the markets where they allocate their capital.
