Pangram Capital Partners I ISCR-Pyme, a vehicle managed by Quadriga Asset Managers SGIIC, S.A., announces its entry into the insurtech sector through Prudenzia Broker Group S.L.
Prudenzia is a digital platform for consolidating insurance brokerages, supported by proprietary technology that automates administrative management. The project was launched in early 2021 with the acquisition of its first brokerage. In 2022, it integrated two more, and by 2025, with additional acquisitions, it manages insurance premiums close to €12 million and around 20,000 contracts. Its CEO and founder, Víctor Gómez Arancón, leads a management team with over 15 years of experience in consolidating insurance brokerages.
The Spanish market has around 5,000 brokerages, many of them with a small portfolio volume that does not generate significant revenue. Currently, Prudenzia has 5 brokerages integrated into its portfolio and focuses on these small and medium players that, over time, have lost client acquisition and retention capacity. The company specializes in insurance intermediation for individuals and small businesses through a phygital model that combines client service both in physical offices and via a mobile application for policy management.
Prudenzia has internally developed a technological platform that streamlines the administrative processes typical of a brokerage, allowing accelerated and efficient integration of acquired firms.
Thanks to this consolidation strategy, the business model generates synergies, increases the client base, reduces general costs, and decreases cancellations, among other benefits. With this business model, Prudenzia aims to position itself as one of the leading insurance brokerages at a national level.
Together with Pangram Capital Partners, the management team seeks to continue its growth plan, accelerating the incorporation of new brokerages and working together to create the new leader in the Spanish market.
