Nartex Capital has been authorized by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) with registration number 297. This transformation represents the natural evolution of a fund that, since its launch in December 2021, has stood out for its investment strategy and process. This has resulted in extraordinary performance (+25% average return above that of major international funds in its category), leading to strong growth in assets (+€400 million under management in less than four years). It is also worth highlighting that the alignment of interests with co-investors is total, since the management team has all of its own wealth invested in the fund.
Nartex is a fund specialized in investing in high-quality companies at a reasonable price (QARP). Nartex thoroughly covers a universe of 120 global companies with winning business models:
The fund aims to build a portfolio with multiple uncorrelated sources of return, selecting the 20–25 companies that offer the best risk-adjusted returns.
The transformation into a management company (SGIIC) is the result of the fund’s growth and consolidation as one of the main players in the Spanish independent fund management landscape.
Until its conversion into an independent management company, the management of the investment vehicle (Incometric Nartex Equity Fund) was carried out through Dux Inversores SGIIC, an entity specialized in the management and administration of funds and investment companies.
“We want to be one of the world’s benchmarks in quality funds; our obsession is to offer our co-investors the best risk-return relationship,” explains Tomás Maraver, CIO of Nartex Capital.
For his part, Íñigo Gasset, Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Nartex Capital, emphasizes: “At Nartex, we don’t have investors, we have co-investors, because we have all our wealth invested in the fund.”

About “quality investing”
This is the investment philosophy that has delivered the best results throughout history and has the greatest prevalence in the most financially advanced countries (such as the UK and the US). Before the creation of Nartex Capital, there was no Spanish firm specialized in this strategy. Nartex aims to implement it in its best version (QARP), through a unique investment process (using the tools of the best global private equity and hedge funds) and active risk management, with the goal of achieving the best possible risk-return ratio.
