MyInvestor, the neobank backed by Andbank, El Corte Inglés Seguros, AXA España, and several family offices, has strengthened its investment diversification strategy by acquiring a stake in Findango Finance (“Findango”), a fintech specialized in alternative business financing.
The transaction, pending regulatory approval, involved the purchase of the shares previously held by funds managed by Blantyre Capital Limited (“Blantyre”).
Founded in 2019, Findango received initial funding from Blantyre to support its founder, Mar Turrado, in providing working capital to businesses underserved by traditional banks. Since then, Blantyre has accompanied Findango through key growth stages and helped institutionalize the business. To date, Findango has lent approximately €2 billion to Spanish companies.
Mar Turrado will continue as CEO and shareholder of the company.
MyInvestor makes this investment alongside Actyus Fintech, an investment vehicle launched by the Andbank Group, and other investors, aiming to drive Findango’s growth and leverage existing synergies.
In recent years, Findango has established itself as one of Spain’s leading alternative financing platforms, offering credit lines, factoring, confirming, and bill discounting for Spanish companies, primarily through short-term secured loans.
This transaction reinforces MyInvestor’s commitment to innovative financial projects with high growth potential, aligned with its philosophy of efficient management, diversification, and long-term value creation.
