Mirai Investments has announced the acquisition of Arteixo Telecom, a company located in As Pontes (A Coruña) and specialised in the design and manufacture of electronic cards for strategic sectors such as aeronautics, railways, renewable energy and defence.
Founded in 1972 and with a solid track record in the electronics industry, Arteixo Telecom operates from 6,000 m² facilities and has a team of 80 professionals. It currently has a turnover of 12.4 million euros and exports to 19 countries in Europe and America, consolidating a broad international presence in key markets such as Germany, France, USA, Mexico and Brazil.
A strategic operation to boost Mirai's electronics division
With this operation, Mirai reinforces its position as a leading group in industrial electronic solutions, integrating Arteixo Telecom into its specialised subsidiary, Ohmnia. This division now totals six companies following the acquisitions of TER, Coycavi, Tectron, IDK and Alcoelectro since 2020.
Ohmnia offers a comprehensive service ranging from the development to the assembly of electronic components such as wiring, membrane keyboards and electronic cards, supporting its customers in sectors with high added value and global growth.
