Net Craman Abogados has advised Mango on the closing of an investment transaction in The Post Fiber, a Catalan company specialized in textile recycling and the revaluation of fibers for new industrial applications.
The transaction, carried out through Mango Startup Studio —the company’s start-up accelerator— strengthens Mango’s commitment to sustainability, the circular economy, and innovation in the textile industry.
The deal marks Mango’s entry as a shareholder in The Post Fiber, S.L., a company owned by a group of industrial and social partners, including Innovació Mataró Tèxtil, S.L., Formació i Treball Empresa d’Inserció, S.L.U., Proyectos e Ingeniería Textil, S.L., Textil Santanderina, S.A., and entrepreneurs Adolfo Aranda Vasserot and Sara María Díez Jáuregui, who also serves as the company’s CEO.
According to The Post Fiber’s founding partners, “this transaction represents a strategic boost that allows us to consolidate our industrial capacity, expand the project’s impact, and advance our mission to transform textile waste into new, high value-added resources.”
The legal advice provided by Net Craman Abogados was led by partner Álvaro Hernández-Puértolas, a specialist in corporate and commercial law, with the collaboration of the firm’s team of lawyers. On Mango’s side, the company’s in-house legal team actively participated in the transaction. The Post Fiber was advised by Xoan López-Corona, partner at On Tax & Legal.
