The Spanish technology consulting firm Logixs has closed a €2 million funding round aimed at driving its next phase of growth and strengthening its position as a reference in generative and agentic artificial intelligence for enterprises.
The transaction, completed in less than two months, has brought together a group of high-profile investors from the financial, technological, academic, and business sectors. The lead investor is José Antonio Álvarez, current Vice Chairman of Banco Santander and former CEO of the bank between 2015 and 2022. Other participants in the round include Christian Gardiner, former CEO of the software company SAS and senior advisor at PwC; Jorge Navea Atorrasagasti, former CEO of Astara and President of Al-Futtaim; Antonio Serrano Acitores, professor at MIT and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos; and Zigor Maritxalar Goñi, founder of the education group Implika. The round is completed by an investor from the private equity sector whose identity has not yet been disclosed. Their participation reinforces Logixs’ strategic commitment to accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across enterprises.
Founded in 2017 in Madrid, Logixs specializes in transforming the potential of artificial intelligence into deployable, secure solutions with measurable impact for organizations. In recent years, the company has intensified its focus on generative AI and agentic systems, with the goal of helping businesses move from technological ambition to real-world projects that generate value.
The capital raised in this round will be primarily allocated to the development of its AI Accelerators—preconfigured generative AI solutions tailored by industry that enable companies to implement AI-based applications more quickly and with less friction, even without prior experience with the technology. The funding will also strengthen the company’s technological capabilities and support its consolidation in the Spanish market, as well as its expansion across Europe.
Francisco Moreno Balboa, CEO and founder of Logixs, outlines the company’s short- and medium-term ambition as achieving strong business growth. The goal is to double revenue by 2026 and repeat that growth the following year, positioning Logixs as a leading reference in the development and deployment of generative and agentic AI solutions for the business sector.
The company currently has a team of 70 professionals dedicated exclusively to artificial intelligence projects and has participated in dozens of initiatives across sectors such as energy, automotive, banking, defense, and healthcare. Its clients include major corporations, including companies within the IBEX 35, with projects carried out for organizations such as Banco Santander and Orange.
In 2024, Logixs reported revenues of €2 million and a profit of €400,000, amid a strategic transformation that has seen the company evolve from digitalization projects toward a focus on advanced artificial intelligence.
This new phase reinforces Logixs’ vision of supporting companies and institutions in the effective adoption of AI, turning technological innovation into real solutions with tangible business impact
