Livingstone España announces the appointment of Rafael Aguado as a new partner. His extensive background in investment and transaction advisory brings a valuable combination of financial expertise, strategic vision and deep knowledge of the business landscape.
Rafael joins the firm following his recent tenure as a partner at KPMG, where he led the Deal Advisory practice for the Valencia region and the Region of Murcia. Previously, he held key corporate and investment roles: he served as Corporate CFO at BigBuy and spent more than a decade as Investment Director at Grupo Zriser, participating in numerous boards of directors and being deeply involved in the strategic management of its portfolio companies. This career path has given him an integrated perspective on private equity, financial management and corporate transactions.
In his new role at Livingstone España, Rafael will strengthen, among other areas, the industrial technology and software practice, contributing both strong strategic insight and market knowledge. Based in the Valencia office, he will work closely with the Livingstone Madrid team as well as with the firm’s international offices, actively contributing to the development of cross-border transactions. His experience in investment processes and relationships with institutional investors will further enhance the firm’s local and cross-border capabilities.
