Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) has acted as Senior Global Coordinator on the €659 million primary issuance by GEK TERNA Group of Companies, executed through an Accelerated Bookbuild (ABB) transaction designed to enhance the company's financial flexibility and support investment opportunities beyond its current business plan.
