Lener's M&A and Corporate Department has advised the management team of Strohm Teka in a Management Buy-Out (MBO) transaction, backed by private investors and international financial institutions to acquire and take control of the company. This transaction marks a new phase for Strohm Teka, which was owned by the Heritage B holding company.
Lener has acted as advisor with a team led by Carlos García, partner of the M&A and Corporate Department, and Gerardo Baena (associate lawyer) and David Blanco (lawyer).
The transaction and the entry of new financial partners provides Strohm Teka, with more than 100 years in the bathroom sector and present in more than 50 countries, with a robust base to boost its strategic development, consolidate its position in the markets in which it already operates and address new challenges of expansion and innovation.
