Lanzadera, the startup accelerator integrated within Marina de Empresas, the Valencian entrepreneurship hub promoted by Juan Roig, welcomes over a hundred companies in its new intake.
The new additions are commercially active and feature proven business models, demonstrating that the program attracts solid and highly mature projects. Additionally, in this edition, subscription-based models have become strategic, as most of the selected startups favor this approach.
“Each year, we select increasingly mature startups: 80% of those newly incorporated are already generating revenue. This allows us to work with projects that have a real market presence and that face different challenges than earlier-stage ventures,” notes Marta Nogueras, General Director of Lanzadera.
A new acceleration method
Since its founding, Lanzadera has applied a management model structured around Mercadona’s Total Quality Model. Now, it is also implementing a new proprietary methodology: a tool that, based on the history of more than 1,600 accelerated startups, enables each entrepreneur to diagnose their current stage, the objectives they can achieve, and the resources they need to succeed.
“To support them better, we have evolved our methodology and created a proprietary tool that, drawing on the experience of so many accelerated startups, allows each project to assess its current stage, achievable goals, and required resources. This reduces uncertainty, measures everyone with the same indicators, and provides a customized plan for each case,” adds Marta Nogueras.
Startups will be based at Marina de Empresas, where, for a minimum of six months (extendable), they will receive exclusive training in the Total Quality model and support in key areas through personalized mentorship with experts. The next intake at this high-performance startup center will take place in March 2026.
