Auren Corporate has acted as financial adviser to CQM Rewards on a strategic transaction that marks the beginning of a new phase of collaboration with GoGift. Both companies count Waterland Private Equity as their lead investor.

The transaction marks the launch of a joint international project in the corporate gifting and incentives sector, through which both companies will work together to accelerate their growth and global expansion. The partnership aims to combine their capabilities, technology and geographic reach to build a leading global platform in the industry.

GoGift currently serves more than 25,000 B2B customers across more than 100 countries through its proprietary technology platform and a unique global corporate gifting infrastructure. CQM Rewards brings more than two decades of experience and a strong leadership position in Southern Europe, further strengthening the combined capabilities of the two companies.

Auren Corporate acted as financial adviser to CQM Rewards throughout the transaction. The Auren Corporate team advising on the deal comprised Manuel Uríbarri, Pablo García Merino and Nacho Pavón.
