Keyrock, a global crypto investment group leading in market making, OTC, and options trading for digital assets, has announced the acquisition of Turing Capital, a Luxembourg registered alternative investment fund manager.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in the launch of Keyrock’s dedicated Asset and Wealth Management division, and strengthens the company’s ability to offer a broader range of services to institutional clients and private investors. Through this acquisition, Turing Capital’s crypto native investment strategies and Luxembourg registered fund management structure are added to Keyrock Group’s solid foundation in crypto capital markets and trading infrastructure.
Kevin de Patoul, CEO of Keyrock, stated: We’re proud to officially launch Keyrock Asset and Wealth Management and welcome the Turing Capital team into our fold. He added: This expansion positions us to better serve our institutional partners across the full spectrum of digital assets, from liquidity provision to long-term investment strategies.
The newly formed division operates as a distinct business unit within Keyrock and is led by Jorge Schnura, CEO and co-founder of Turing Capital, who will be appointed President of Keyrock Asset and Wealth Management. Schnura will also join Keyrock Group’s executive committee.
Jorge Schnura, CEO of Turing Capital, said: Merging our capabilities with Keyrock paves the way for a leading Asset and Wealth Management division in digital assets. Our shared vision is clear: in the near future, all assets will live onchain. This shift will unlock new investment opportunities, and we are uniquely positioned to support those navigating this transformation.
Turing Capital has established itself in the digital asset space with systematic, data-driven investment strategies and a strong focus on risk management and onchain capabilities. This provides Keyrock with a foundation to deliver secure, transparent, and institutionally aligned asset management services.
Juan David Mendieta, CSO of Keyrock said: Our mission is to provide the expertise, tools and risk management frameworks that traditional institutions require from digital asset management firms. Turing Capital shares our core principles, making them a natural fit for the Keyrock Group. Today’s launch sets the stage for our longer-term ambition: bringing asset management onchain in a way that truly meets institutional standards.
The Keyrock Group is also proposing to expand its activities to include crypto portfolio management and advisory services with a recent MiCA regulatory filing with the FMA in Liechtenstein (under regulatory review).
