Interpath, an international financial advisory firm, continues to strengthen its presence in Spain with the opening of its new office at Torre Diagonal Vertical in Barcelona, one of the most recognized office buildings along Diagonal Avenue and within the city’s financial district.
Located on the 12th floor, the office spans more than 470 square meters and can accommodate up to 30 employees, in line with the firm’s expansion and growth plans in the Spanish market, where it expects to continue scaling its team and reinforcing its positioning in the coming years. Until now, the firm had been operating from a temporary office in the city.
The opening of this office marks another step in Interpath’s consolidation in Catalonia, the Mediterranean arc, and the Balearic Islands, strengthening its ability to support clients across the full corporate lifecycle—from growth to maturity—with tailored solutions in M&A, financing, and restructuring.

The company entered Spain in April 2025 and has since built a team of more than 40 professionals, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona and presence in Valencia and the Basque Country.
A landmark location in Barcelona
Torre Diagonal Vertical is a historic building in Barcelona’s skyline which, since its construction as the city’s first skyscraper, marked a turning point in Eixample architecture by breaking its traditional horizontal layout.
Designed by Balcells i Mitjans and inaugurated in 1969, the building has been renovated by the renowned architecture studios Batlle i Roig and BGY to meet current office market standards. It is now positioned as a highly representative corporate space from which Interpath will drive its presence and growth in Barcelona, the Valencian Community, and the Balearic Islands.
In line with Interpath’s ESG values, Torre Diagonal Vertical integrates environmental sustainability, user wellbeing, and technological efficiency. The project includes a significant reduction in resource consumption through water-saving systems (nearly 50%), a façade with photovoltaic glass that generates energy and reduces reliance on the grid, and energy efficiency improvements that significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
