Internxt, the Valencia-based tech company specializing in digital privacy, has closed a new €3.3 million funding round with the participation of Prosegur Tech Ventures, Angels Capital, Andorra Telecom, Extension Fund, Kevlar Fund, and other existing investors. The transaction, structured as a capital increase, was made possible thanks to the work of CaixaBank’s Corporate & Investment Banking team, which led the entire process.
With this new capital injection, Internxt strengthens its position as a European alternative to Big Tech, with a proposal focused on privacy, digital sovereignty, and the ethical development of technology. The company offers a suite of products including encrypted cloud storage, antivirus, VPN, and soon private email and video calls, among others.
Since the fourth quarter of 2024, Internxt has been growing profitably, and this round will enable it to accelerate its international expansion in the enterprise segment as well as strengthen the development of its commercial product suite. The company expects to double its Net Revenue each year until 2027.
The funding round comes after significant business milestones: partnerships with Revolut, Surfshark, Bitdefender, PcComponentes, and Valencia CF, as well as a recent €1.4 million grant from CDTI, supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and European funds.
