IKOS Advanced (“IKOS”), a Spanish agtech company specialized in saving agricultural inputs and automating mechanical activities through artificial intelligence, has closed an €8 million investment round with Impact Bridge Asset Management (“Impact Bridge”) joining its shareholder base. The operation is part of the Company’s 2026–2030 plan, aimed at accelerating the evolution of its platform, increasing the weight of recurring business, and strengthening deployment capacity in priority markets.
The announcement comes after a consolidation cycle and as a prelude to a growth plan: in 2025, the Company achieved revenue of €7 million and projects €40 million by 2030, supported by sustained growth in platform and services.
The €8 million will be primarily allocated to the development of the platform and its offered services, the Company’s proprietary generative AI environment, public applied innovation programs, and the commercial and operational scaling of the business. IKOS will pursue this new growth phase both organically and inorganically, through strategic and complementary acquisitions. In 2026, IKOS will accelerate the evolution of its model toward a PaaS (Platform as a Service) approach, aiming to unify services, data, and integrations within a single environment.
Joaquín Soriano, CEO of IKOS, stated: “Impact Bridge’s entry comes at a decisive moment: we are transforming IKOS ONE into the platform that embodies our vision of a more efficient and professionalized agriculture. This investment provides us with the strength to accelerate international growth, strengthen partnerships, and scale a model that multiplies impact for every client, where Artificial Intelligence is the key differentiating factor.”
Fernando Sanz-Pastor, manager of ‘IB Sustainable AgriFood Fund I’, the private equity strategy through which Impact Bridge invested, added: “IKOS combines technological innovation and agricultural knowledge to tackle one of the great challenges of our time: efficient water use. This investment reflects our commitment to companies that integrate technology, sustainability, and profitability, actively contributing to a more efficient and resource-respecting agricultural model.”
