Fellow Funders has announced the launch of Alboris Mancha Sextus, a new investment project involving 21.45 hectares of organic pistachio cultivation, designed for investors seeking to diversify their portfolios through real assets in the agricultural sector.
The project comes at a time when global demand for pistachios continues to rise, while Europe remains heavily reliant on imports to meet domestic consumption. This supply-demand imbalance has positioned pistachio cultivation as one of the most attractive segments within agricultural investment.
Despite these favorable market dynamics, opportunities for individual investors to gain exposure to this asset class remain limited. Through Alboris Mancha Sextus, Fellow Funders is making this market more accessible with an investment structure designed to provide investors with a clearly defined exit strategy.
The project's key features include a mandatory buyback scheduled from 2031, tax incentives of up to 50% on Spanish personal income tax (IRPF), subject to applicable regulations and each investor's individual circumstances, and an investment model specifically designed to offer a defined exit route.
To mark the launch, Alboris Mancha | Desarrollos Agrícolas will host a live webinar on July 28 at 7:00 p.m. (CEST), during which the management team will present the project, explain its structure and answer participants' questions.
