ILV Silver advises Business Software Group (BSG) on the acquisition of Wordplex

Business Software Group (BSG), a leading provider of B2B software solutions, has announced the acquisition of Wordplex, a company specialized in technology solutions for notaries. BSG was advised in the transaction by ILV Silver on due diligence and by Evergreen Legal on all legal aspects, including structuring, negotiation, and execution. This transaction, together with the recent acquisition of Winhotel, reinforces Evergreen Legal’s expertise in advising on M&A operations in the technology sector and in consolidation processes within highly specialized industries.

The acquisition strengthens BSG’s strategy to continue consolidating the software industry for the notarial sector by integrating a company with a solid track record, deep market knowledge, and a highly specialized solution tailored to notarial needs.

This is the group’s second acquisition of the year. BSG currently serves over 600 notaries, consolidating its position as one of the main technology leaders in the sector in the Iberian Peninsula. With the addition of Wordplex, BSG reinforces a strategic vertical in a market where specialization, technological capability, and regulatory knowledge are key differentiating factors.
