GuruSup, a SaaS platform of artificial intelligence agents for customer support and process automation, has closed a €1.3 million seed funding round. The operation was led by 4Founders Capital, a Barcelona-based venture capital fund specializing in early-stage investments, with co-investment from Addendum Capital. The round is completed by a group of leading business angels from the Spanish tech ecosystem, including Juan Pablo Tejela, co-founder and CEO of Metricool; Gonzalo Urculo, founder of CrowdFarming; and Juan Castillo, co-founder of Guruwalk.

The funds raised will be used to accelerate commercial growth and strengthen the team, with the goal of doubling the current workforce and increasing monthly recurring revenue fivefold throughout 2026, reaching an ARR of €1.5 million.

More than a chatbot: an autonomous customer support department

GuruSup was founded in 2024 as a spin-off of Guruwalk, the world’s largest free tour platform with more than six million annual users. Building on Guruwalk’s experience in managing large volumes of customer inquiries, its founder and CEO, Víctor Mollá, developed a platform that orchestrates AI agents capable of autonomously handling any customer interaction—from issue resolution to onboarding and lead qualification.

Unlike a conventional chatbot, the platform centralizes messages from all channels and executes actions in external applications in real time, functioning as a full customer support department. GuruSup achieves a 95% autonomous resolution rate, enables scaling from 100 to 100,000 conversations without adding headcount, and integrates within minutes without requiring changes to the existing tech stack.

The solution is multichannel, multilingual, and trained using each company’s own data. The company already has more than 800 AI agents in production deployed across 15 different sectors and has surpassed two million agent executions addressing real customer needs, with use cases ranging from technical support and billing management to onboarding and internal operations.

“We were born out of a real need: Guruwalk handled thousands of inquiries per month, and AI agents made a huge difference. We realized that same capability could transform customer support for any company, so we decided to build the product we wished we had. One year later, with millions of processed requests, this round gives us the fuel to prove it at scale,” said Mollá.

“At 4Founders Capital, we are very excited to lead GuruSup’s round. A young, ambitious founding team with a clear focus on product and technology. We’ve seen the traction the company is achieving and are excited about the future ahead,” said Jesús Monleón, Founding Partner at 4Founders Capital.

For his part, Enrico Raggini, CEO and Founder of Addendum Capital, stated: “GuruSup offers a very solid response to one of the major growth challenges: scaling customer support efficiently. The integration of AI agents directly into business processes demonstrates both early traction and a clear understanding of the market.”
