Grupo Concentra, backed by Blackfin Capital Partners, has acquired Annemieke MCS, a company specialized in insurance mediation and advisory services for expatriate clients, as part of its expansion strategy in the Iberian Peninsula.
The integration of Annemieke MCS into Grupo Concentra will strengthen the group’s position in the expatriate segment and open new growth opportunities, gradually expanding its reach to clients of different nationalities. Meanwhile, Annemieke MCS will continue providing advisory services and support to its existing client base.
The company has a strong portfolio of international clients residing in Spain. In the 2024 fiscal year, the business exceeded €6 million in premiums and served over 9,000 clients, demonstrating Annemieke MCS’s solid market position.
With this acquisition, Grupo Concentra continues to advance its inorganic growth strategy, focused on incorporating brokerages with strong local presence and specialization in niche markets. The integration of Annemieke MCS will be carried out progressively. The transaction, pending authorization from the DGSFP, will enhance the group’s capabilities and generate positive synergies, while maintaining close relationships with clients in the local market.
