Graddus, a Spanish edtech focused on academic guidance and student support, has closed a €600,000 seed round led by Successful Fund I FCRE to expand its academic guidance platform and reach new student profiles
The transaction is complemented by the granting of public funding through a €102,000 ENISA loan and support from the Neotec Program, strengthening the company’s financial structure at a key stage of expansion.
Founded by Manuel Toledo (CEO), Alberto Martín (CTO), and Pablo Fandiño (CPO), Graddus consolidated a user base of more than 120,000 during the 2024/2025 academic year, positioning itself as a leading platform for students.
Scaling product and team during a phase of accelerated growth
With the funds raised, the company will add three new strategic hires to increase its presence on social media and strengthen its business model.
For the next academic year, Graddus aims to reach between 180,000 and 200,000 new users, which would represent a significant increase compared to the previous year.
In addition to user growth, Graddus will launch an initial version focused on master’s programs, expanding its value proposition beyond undergraduate studies. The development of this new line will allow the company to progressively complete its academic offering, reinforcing its positioning as a comprehensive educational guidance platform.
The entry of Successful Fund as lead investor represents strategic backing for the founding team’s vision and for the market opportunity represented by the digitalization of the academic guidance process in Spain.
With this round, Graddus begins a new phase focused on scaling its impact, strengthening its team, and expanding its reach within the educational ecosystem.
